HHS Secretary RFK, Jr. has declared war on the additives in our food – he says they’re a leading cause of all kinds of chronic diseases. Which raises numerous important questions: what is in the food we buy? Is it making us sick? What happens if we get rid of some of those added ingredients?
Our guest on this episode of Docology is one of the world’s leading expert on food safety: Marion Nestle, Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health at NYU. And although her name is spelled the same as the Nestle food conglomerate, she is no relation.
